Privacy policy

• Account email and authentication data (via Supabase Auth).
• Business records you enter: sales, inventory, expenses, goals, etc.
• We store optional marketplace connection tokens (e.g. eBay) encrypted, when configured.
• Feature requests you submit from Roadmap.

On Full and Premier, bank activity comes from statement CSVs you upload and current balances you enter. We store those imported lines and manual balances so Cash Position and bank-vs-books can start from the cash figure you entered. Simple has no CSV or statement uploads. We never collect your bank username or password.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, a subprocessor. Stripe collects payment-method and subscription data under its own terms. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, and period dates so we can enforce entitlements and open the customer portal. We do not store full card numbers.

• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — checkout, subscriptions, and the customer billing portal.

To run Trading Card Finance, sync the optional integrations you connect, improve the product, and respond to support. We do not sell your inventory, sales, or bank data.

We keep workspace records (including imported bank transactions, manual balances, and billing identifiers) for as long as your account is active so historical P&L and forecasts stay consistent. After you request deletion or use Clear workspace data, we delete or anonymize those records except where we must retain them for legal, tax, dispute, or security obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Stripe retains data under its own policies after we delete billing identifiers.

Application data is stored in your database or our hosted database and object storage. Hosting may use Vercel. Processors act under their own policies.

You can export data from Finance tools, remove imported bank statements and marketplace links, clear data from Settings where offered, and request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

We use session cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not currently run a third-party ad pixel.
