Trading Card Finance was built to run the books for Grave Collectibles, a real card-selling business. After fees, shipping, and cost, the question was always the same: what did I actually keep? This product exists to answer that honestly — not to guess it in a spreadsheet.

Straight answers before you sign up.
- How does the eBay sync work, and will it touch my existing records?
- Connect eBay to pull orders into this ledger. Listings are not pulled. Fees and postage update on matching order IDs when they are present, and can still read Missing. It does not wipe your workspace, delete inventory, or overwrite cost you already attached. Sales you logged by hand stay; a matching eBay order updates fee and postage fields instead of creating a duplicate row.
- Do you connect to my bank?
- Not today. On Full and Premier, upload statement CSVs and enter the current balance by hand. Simple has no CSV or statement uploads. We never ask for your bank username or password.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. Export a sales CSV from Sales, download a tax-year sold-lines CSV from Finance, and download accountant and tax packs from the finance tools. Your data is yours to take anytime.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your workspace stays while the account is active. Export before you leave. You can clear workspace data from Settings, or email support to request deletion. We keep only what we must for legal, tax, or security obligations.
- If I fix an item’s cost later, does it rewrite my past profit?
- No. What you paid locks at sale time. Changing an item’s cost afterward does not rewrite historical keep on sales that already consumed a lot.
- I sell on more than eBay — is this still for me?
- Yes. eBay and TikTok Shop sync orders. Fees and postage can still show as Missing. Sales on TCGplayer, Whatnot, or at shows can be logged by hand with their own fees, so keep stays honest per channel.
- Which sellers is this NOT for?
- Collectors who don’t sell, and sellers who are happy with spreadsheet guesses.
